How to floss without dreading it
Two minutes, once a day, and it gets easier after a week. Here's how Sam does it.

Flossing feels fiddly at first and then becomes a habit. Wrap about 40 centimetres round your middle fingers, slide it gently between two teeth and curve it round each tooth in a C shape.
Or use brushes
If floss isn’t for you, small interdental brushes do the same job and are easier for most people. Ask us for the right size at your next visit.
A little bleeding is normal
Gums often bleed for the first few days. If they still bleed after two weeks, book a hygiene visit.
